Water Rate Increase

In response to the City of Abilene FY22 Rate Increase Plan Hamby WSC will be matching the rate increase to our customers. Rate increase will be effective Oct-Nov billing cycle. This will not effect the monthly minimum. For more info please call Office 325-548-2900
